Request deletion of your data
To request removal of your Facebook connection or closure of your CargoPool account, email allo@cargopool.ca with the subject “Data deletion — Facebook”. Include your CargoPool account email and specify whether your request concerns only the Facebook connection or your entire account.
Do not send your password, a verification code or your Facebook access token. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will explain any information that must be retained for legal obligations or pending transactions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can also remove CargoPool in your Facebook account’s Apps and Websites settings. Removing access on Facebook does not automatically delete an existing CargoPool account; contact us to request that deletion.
